Those pictures of eggs baked in avocados? All
fake. Doesn't work.
Bake the damn thing at 350 degrees and your egg is
still jiggly and raw because the avocado does not conduct heat...because, science.
Instead,
rub a little veggie oil in the bottom and sides of a mug. Crack an egg
into it, and microwave for 45 seconds.
Remove the pit from half an
avocado, and slide the cooked egg into the center.
Top with chopped tomato. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Breakfast in under a minute - BAM
